From start to finish - a very comfortable experience for a wedding. Marvellous and incredible setting right by the city center, Krakow and tram and bus. Btw, located in the centre.

Nice sleep on the very comfy bed. Spotless bathroom there. Welcoming and knowledgeable personal, excellent service. Easy to get to Kocia Kawiarnia Kociarnia, located within 10 minutes on foot.

For its price this hotel is very good one. 15 minutes walk to the old center is really close. Very quiet outside of the hotel in the evening and at night, so nothing bothers you while sleeping :)

We were met by friendly staff and held in a cozy small room (Oslo). Very pleased with the presence of the equipped kitchen on the floor. The hotel is very fast (20 minutes) to get to the center of the Old town and train station.

Poor insulation of the roof (the number is located on the loft). When it is hot outside, even in the room is hot, when it's cool outside, even in the room is also cold. We always had to use conditioner.

Excellent place for budget travellers. The room is very clean,quiet and valued for money. Staffs are very helpful. Will definitely stay again if we are in Krakow again.

It takes 25 mins to walk to the old town.

The staff were very helpful, booked us a trip out for the day, arranged a taxi to airport, etc, very helpful for visitors to Poland. The area is very quiet at night which is unusual for somewhere so close to the centre of town. We would walk back in the evening and the apartment was in a quiet corner of the city. The apartment we had was comfortable enough for a travelling couple (we had the first floor apartment) and the internet connection was excellent.

There is no lift so we were relieved when they offered us a first-floor apartment instead, because we had two large cases.

Quiet; very spacious, clean & modern; quick & easy 15 min walk into old town from apartment; offered organised trips & airport transfers at a very reasonable rate & were of good quality; small supermarket and bank nearby; very helpful, genuine & friendly staff who were easy to contact when/ if needed. Overall, an excellent choice of accomodation that I would use again for future trips.
